For your convenience, we take orders 24 hours a day, every day. We also have operators ready to take your call Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm CT. At all other hours, voicemail is always available. Just call us toll-free at 1-800-627-8888. For quick and easy ordering, have your item numbers, descriptions, quantity and credit card ready. Your credit card will not be charged for items until they are shipped.
Policies & Information
Returns
If you decide to return any UNUSED item for any reason, please return it within 30 days from delivery for a full credit, refund or exchange. Personalized and custom-ordered items cannot be returned. Books and DVDs may be exchanged for the same item only. Defective books and DVDs will be replaced. Return shipping charges will be refunded for defective merchandise or merchandise sent in our error. For questions on returns, call guest services at 1-800-925-7665. If your order is damaged in shipping, please hold the merchandise, the package it came in, and notify us immediately at 1-800-925-7665.
Shipping
See Shipping Section for more information. We ship Monday–Friday, primarily via UPS. (UPS will not deliver to PO boxes.) However, if you'd like US Mail instead, just let us know. We can ship prepaid or credit card orders by Next Day or Second Day air at an additional charge. Rush orders must be placed before 1pm CT. Extra freight charges may apply due to the quantity, weight or nature of items ordered beyond shipping and handling charges listed. At times, shipping may need to figured by a sales associate if ordering multiple quantities and overweight shipping charges apply. In these situations, you will be contacted before your order ships.
Overseas Shipping
We can ship your merchandise overseas. Just call 402-423-8888, fax 402-423-5964 or email info@muellers.com and let us know what you want shipped and where you want it sent and we'll tell you the shipping charges. All orders must be paid in US dollars. For orders placed online, one of our guest services professionals will contact you with a shipping quote. Your credit card will NOT be charged until you have approved the final order total.
Return Shipping Two-Piece Cues
To ship a 2-piece cue to us for return or repair, please use a 32”–34” long round tube with 1/8”–1/4” thick walls. Tubes are available at most shipping stations, carpet/drapery centers, art stores, etc. Wrap the cue in several layers of newspaper for protection. Within the tube, include your name, address, phone number, cue repair instructions and form of payment. Do not send us your cue in your cue case.
Prices Subject to Change
We make every effort to keep our prices as low as possible. However, because we sell to you at wholesale prices, we occasionally have a price increase due to manufacturer increases. Also, manufacturers may alter a product in appearance and design, which are circumstances beyond our control.
