Shipping Information
Standard Delivery
We ship Monday–Friday, primarily via UPS. We use US Mail for PO boxes, APO/FPO and all other addresses outside the continental US. Extra freight charges may apply due to the quantity, weight or nature of items ordered beyond shipping and handling charges listed.
Rush Delivery
We ship Monday–Friday. We can ship most prepaid or credit card orders by Next Day or Second Day air at an additional charge. Not available to PO Box or APO/FPO. Next Day or Second Day orders must be placed before 1pm CT to be processed and shipped the same day. For Next Day delivery, add $44.50 to the standard delivery charge and, for Second Day delivery, add $22.50. Oversized or heavy items will require an additional charge per item. If your order does require additional shipping charges due to weight, you will be contacted by a sales representative before your order ships. For orders placed on Friday via air services, Next Day air will be delivered on the following Monday, and Second Day air will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Delivery time is based on business days and excludes holidays and weekends.
To help us expedite your order, we suggest using the same shipping address as your billing address and providing a phone number that is on file with your credit card company. Alternate shipping addresses could possibly cause order delays.
Special Shipping Requirements & Charges
Oversized and heavy items require an extra charge for Next Day or Second Day delivery in addition to the standard charges. You will find this clearly indicated on each item included.
Overseas Shipping
We can ship your merchandise overseas. Just call 402-423-8888, fax 402-423-5964 or email info@muellers.com and let us know what you want shipped and where you want it sent and we'll tell you the shipping charges. All orders must be paid in US dollars.
2-Piece Cue Shipping
To ship a 2-piece cue to us for return or repair, please use a 32”–34” long round tube with 1/8”–1/4” thick walls. Tubes are available at most shipping stations, carpet/drapery centers, art stores, etc. Wrap the cue in several layers of newspaper for protection. Within the tube, include your name, address, phone number, cue repair instructions and form of payment. Do not send us your cue in your cue case.
Damaged Goods
If a package arrives damaged, call us immediately. If the driver is still present, ask that the damage be noted. This will expedite shipping claims. Do not discard product or packaging, as the carrier may wish to inspect the package as part of their claims processing. If the package is damaged but the merchandise appears unaffected, note the damage on all delivery receipts before signing.
Shipping Errors
Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival and report any discrepancy immediately. All claims for missing items must be made within 30 days of delivery.
If an item is missing or a wrong item has been shipped due to our error, the problem will be corrected at our shipping expense.
The guest will be liable for shipping expenses to correct any problem due to guest error.
